• A:Standard turnaround time is 7-8 days, i.e. 4 days on the way back and return plus 3-4 days in-lab production.
    For less frequent shipments, e.g. once or twice each week, we would suggest dentists to allow 14 days/2weeks for the cases to turnaround.
    Quicker turnaround time can be discussed under conditions.
    UPS is used to deliver. DHL can be arranged where UPS is not good.
    The latest technology of 3d-printing and laser sintering can cut the coming way and reduce the return time for some products with a slight increase of costs.

  • A:All materials are sourced from US, EU and Japan with CE marks. Please contact us for a full material list.

  • A:We provide 5 year warranty to manufacturing defects.
    Defects caused by incorrect prescription or fitting, lacking of supportive tooth or tissue structures, improper dental hygiene, misuse or accidents are not covered by this warranty.

  • A:NDL maintain a strict confidentiality policy with all of our customers. At no time will we ever disclose your name or information to any third party for any reason unless under your consent.
    We also take importance of human rights. Based in Shenzhen and HK, the best economies in China and Asia, our workers are well treated with relatively higher payments than workers in other parts of China, resulting in tremendous raise in our labor costs but a stable team. Labs are open to visit any time.

  • A:The working language is English. Sample order docs can be provided. Each case must be accompanied by a correctly completed prescription. If any information is not clear, we will email to confirm.

  • A:Step 1. Contact us. We will get back to you usually within 24 hours to discuss details and work out a scheme tailored for you. Please provide as much information as possible with the inquiry so we can be specific.
    Step 2. Send the orders. We will guide you through everything. You can start by sending a few cases to us. Call UPS and arrange a pick up, then inform us the tracking number. We will send you an email to confirm what we have received when we receive the package. If it’s a trouble case, we’ll email you a few times during production.
    Step 3. Make an easy payment on time after receiving invoices.
    Step 4. Give feedbacks if any after you receive the cases back.
